HKT has officially launched HKT.AI, its proprietary artificial intelligence platform, with MIRROR’s Keung To as its ambassador. Designed for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the platform offers locally tailored, easy-to-use and secure AI services to help users tackle everyday tasks and workplace challenges under the slogan “AI ON. FEAR GONE”.

HKT customers can now subscribe to personal or business plans, with monthly fees starting at HK$48 and HK$88 respectively. Both versions draw on the same AI resources but offer dedicated applications and tools tailored to different personal and business needs. More than 80 AI assistants are currently available, with further additions planned.

Tools for Work, Creativity and Everyday Life

HKT.AI brings together a range of tools for content creation, learning and everyday tasks. Its “AI Model Arena” allows users to compare responses from multiple AI models side by side, while “Image Studio” and “Video Studio” support visual content creation, with the latter featuring AI-powered prompt optimisation.

For families, the platform’s parenting suite includes assistants such as a children’s learning specialist, an English tutor and a maths problem-solving expert. Together, they support worksheet generation, marking and homework guidance.

Other assistants include a Hong Kong living adviser that helps analyse tenancy agreements and contracts, a chef assistant for recipe ideas, and a presentation studio that quickly generates editable slide decks.

For business users, Hong Kong-focused assistants address the needs of local SMEs, offering support with company filings and matching businesses with relevant funding schemes. Human resources tools, including automated staff rostering, are also available to help improve operational efficiency at an affordable cost.

Helping Users Adopt AI with Confidence

Susanna Hui, Group Managing Director of HKT, said:

“The launch of HKT.AI aims to help customers overcome barriers to AI adoption and use AI with confidence in a secure environment. HKT will play three key roles: bringing together a diverse range of AI tools; driving adoption by helping businesses transform and creating new experiences for individuals; and connecting the ecosystem through robust network infrastructure.

“Through ‘AI+’, we hope to empower businesses across industries, supporting the direction set out in Hong Kong’s Five-Year Plan to make AI a core industry for the city’s future development.”

Keung To Explores AI for Performance and Business

At the launch event, HKT.AI ambassador Keung To of MIRROR tried out the platform to seek inspiration for his performances. He also said he planned to use HKT.AI to help manage his own clothing brand.
