AI is increasingly part of everyday life. Today Google announced it is expanding the Gemini web app experience to all users across Hong Kong, with the Gemini mobile app to follow. Hong Kong users will soon be able to use Google’s advanced AI models directly to help with a wide range of everyday tasks.
Gemini’s capabilities are already embedded across Google’s ecosystem, and local communities—including businesses, developers, educators and students—have been using these features. This expansion furthers Google’s mission to “organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.”
“We believe expanding the Gemini experience will spark greater creativity and productivity in Hong Kong and support our goal of ‘innovating for Hong Kong together,’” said Michael Yue, Managing Director and General Manager, Sales and Operations of Google Hong Kong. “We will continue to build a full‑stack AI ecosystem responsibly so AI can be genuinely helpful for everyone.”

What Gemini offers
